ALMOST a year back or two,I posted this article in e-governence-India.But my recent experience that here though can leaad a life with global connection but others will feel you somewhat nonsiutable for the place. As the way a BDO [a WBCS-officer] was talking with me I was feeling that might be I'm a quack/ a local village based doctor. So the honour staying at this places is difficult to maintain.
