These are newer trends in India that foster a flavor of Indianized [Bharatiaya] culture.  This gives a route of Bengali and Indian amusement with sacred culture in the boundless enjoyment of westernized metropolitan culture among some high class society and a few aimless middle class groups.

Smt.Indira Gandhi, Her birth Centenary and a Tribute

Today was Smt Indira gandhi's Birth centenary. She was not only the successful first  Lady Prime Minister of India but she had also a deep connection with Santiniketan  and Sri Gurudeb Rabindronath Thakur. Her internal eternal highness to the Divinity and the peace of the Bigger Self in Atmic level might be the resonance of this Song. A tribute to Her Highness in the beautiful promising voice of Subhoshri Debnath.

Gandhiji and Destination of India

India is such a diversified country to preserve her unity Vaishnabism is the path.  Sanskrit is the path. English is the path.
Of late renovation is going on and too much important to revive with Her own individual entity. But ultimately MK Gandhi is our destination.
My homage to Ganghiji's birth day.

The Secrets of Vedic Texts and Sanskrit

The more I am going deep into the Vedas the more I am finding the meaning already done in Bengali version is ridiculous. Still I pay homage to the Author and Publishers of Vedas in Bengali specially to HARAP PUBLICATION of Kolkata. Without their contribution being a doctor it was impossible to go into the Vedas. Still I agree with Sri Aurobindo that the interpretation should be more meticulous and from different angles. As a chanting it requires the sound knowledge of Vedic meter , Chandas etc, As a priest it needs some memorization. As a philosopher it needs to analyse its different philosophical and metaphysical aspects, as a writer it needs

SRI LOKANATH 108 YEARS. EXPRESSION OF VEDIC SCIENCE

SRI VISUDHANANDO PARAMHANSA. EXPRESSION OF VEDIC SCIENCE. SURYA VIJGYANOM.
to analyse it poetry, words, allegories. But as a man of science it needs to think more for so many newer thoughts which are still not unveiled.
In the book from HARAP the script is in Bengali but Sanskrit Suktas as given. I also demand some basic knowledge in Sanskrit , Arabic along with the regional vernacular  for every Indian students. Otherwise we will never can grow our children in the tune of India. At least a few among the students will go into the Veda text to discourse its scientific treasure if he /she have some basic sense in Sanskrit. At least for the shake of Indian heritages and the Veda every Indian must learn the SANSKRIT at basic level.

HOLI,DOLJATRA, FAG UTSAB, BONHU UTSAB AND BASANT UTSAB

CREATION OF COLORS

AFTER SUNSET

IN THE FULL MOON
India's one of the most ancient festival is HOLI. This is known as different name. But everywhere there is a different explanation and history behind it,. In different era it's name has been changed. But the basic joy and theme is almost remains same. And it is accepted by all the Indian through out the periods from heart and soul. Here I will give some references .
Regarding HOLI AND BONHI UTSAB the best information is given in WIKIPEDIA.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holi

IN BENGAL it is DOLJATRA. There is PHULODOL also. tThis was started from the time

 of SRI KRISHNA.
And SRI CHAITANYA DEV AND THE OTHER VAISNAVA still are following that.
This is also given in WIKIPEDIA.

SRI SRI RADHA SHYAM JIEU

But why it is in Phalgun and why with Phag/ abir ?

To search this question first we have to know Phag has come from Phalgu.
Here is the meaning of Phalgu.

Vide- Sanskrit Dictionary for Spoken Sanskrit.html
 A meaning of
phalgu is  RED. AND RED POWDER FROM WILD GINGER.

Notice the last meaning RED POWDER OF WILD GINGER.
This colour and substance probably used in the ancient time which has many medicinal value.

It is depicted first FALGU UTSAB was done after the victory

of the DEVATA against ASURA and it was created by
BRAHMODEB.[see-PUROHIT DARPAN  by

COLOR AND THE LORD.

From the meaning RED we can understand why this month is PHALGUN.

The star having this color is called PHALGUNI NAKHSATRA.

The ginger family consists of 53 genera and over 1,200 species,

How do you identify a wild ginger plant_ _ Reference.com.html

The leaves of the plant are generally a deep, bright green. Additionally, the leaves are often found low to the ground, and only one leaf is typically present on the stem.
  • Examine the flowers The flowers are found at the base of the stem near the ground. The flowers of the wild ginger plant are typically reddish brown and white. They feature a deep center that curves into a bell shape. Three long tips form along the top edge of the flower. Each stem produces a single flower.
  • Examine the stemThe stem of wild ginger is fuzzy to the touch, and it can be up to 8 inches in height.

  • Crush the leaves of the plantThe crushed leaves of wild ginger smell like ginger and have a spicy, sweet scent that can be identified readily.

SRI DIBYO MILAN DAY and KALPATARU DAY

.Happy new year 2017 to all........

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9eOqY5XAhqs

[In India to the this adaptation is not new. There is numerous variation of Hindu religion. But they were ,are & will be united with a cord that this land is of them. They are the inhabitant of this country. And they have accepted succeeding religions, The Muslim & the Christianity. We find SRI DURGA a combination form, like wise,SRI SATYA-NARAYAN. After Muslim came into this land, SATYA PEER,PEER appeared. In Kolkata till date we worship GODDESS SRI KALI in FIRINGI KALI BARI with reverence ,which was established by a CHRISTIAN Sahib. Actually above all the truth & humanity reigns]
    **************************************************************

HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of beloved followers. Today is also KALPATARU DAY. Sri Ramakrishna became KALPATARU[WILL AS YOU WISH] on this day before HIS passing by.He said to  the all whom HE touched that day-
    LET YOU HAVE CHAITANYA[bodhi/baptism/gyan/consciousness/kaibalya/].
WE can amuze this day  wishing all the best for the coming years, but this KALPATARU UTSAV has glorified this dqy more  not only for Bengali, but for all the nation & nations.
He was the preacher of UNITY IN DIVERSITY in religious world.1st Jan is the new year according to the English calendar,In India we follow 1st BAISHAK as new year. SO THERE IS A CONFLICT IN BENGAL'S MIND [those who are respectful for their own heritage also],for the celebration of NEW YEAR.. Most of them have adapted the both as one in BENGAL'S STYLE ,another ENGLISH STYLE

But SRI RAMAKRISHN'S kalpataru festival by HIS followers has given a new blend of this day.As a Divine Avatar spontaneously HE HAS made this new year in 'English calender'  a day of festival . This is also an example of his tolerance & adaptation of else's culture.
    ****************************************************************************************

Of late, SWAMI DEVANANDAJI, in NADRA , BARDHAMAN, has started a special colourful festival on the 1st January, every year. for the betterment of the lives & the world.
He is also a great soul.

And has chosen this KALPATARU DAY for his important festival, as HE IS ALSO SAYING that this is SATYA YUG..This is Dibyo Milan Day.
And Sri Ramakrishna also the KAKLIAVATAR[see my previous articles]. THE TORCH BEARER OF THE SATYA YUG.

................JOY SRI GURUMAHARAJ,JOY SRI RAMAKRISHNA,JOY SRI DEVANANDA..............
