A barren desert, yet the trees' leaves 

All thorns now taken as their prize.

Water scarce, so hoard what you can,

March on the path of life.

Where waters brim with salt so high,

Evolution claims its throne.

Mangrove trees, the beauties there,

Their roots breathe life alone.

In pneumatophores, they find their way,

Not timid, they hold sway.

In Mimicry, survival's grace,

Who gave them such a mind?

Yet the 'Soul', you doubt its place?

The 'Soul' transcends all time.

বিবর্তন 

ধু ধু মরুভূমি পাতাগুলো গাছ 

তার করে নিল সব কাঁটা 

জল কম তাই জল সঞ্চয় 

জীবনের পথে হাঁটা।

যেথা শুধু জল, খুব নুনে ভরা , 

সেথা বিবর্তনের সেরা, 

'সুন্দরী' তরু

'শ্বাসমূলে' নেয়  

প্রাণ(Oxygen ) তার বুকজোড়া। 

অক্সিজেন যে অমৃত সমান 

নিউম্যাটোফোরে ভরে

বাঁচার লড়ায়ে 

বাঁচে লড়ে লড়ে 

 'ম্যানগ্রোভ' বন জুড়ে।

'অনুকৃতিতে'(Mimicry )আত্মরক্ষার 

বুদ্ধিটা কে দিল!

'আত্মা'(Soul)র কথা তবু মানবে না?

 'আত্মা' জয় করে নেয় 'কাল'ও( Time) ।
